You know I am so tired of people wanting a service but refusing to pay for it.... This originating from South African's, we deal with a lot of foreigners and not once do we actually have the extreme and ugly comebacks we get from locals.
To say the least I am ashamed to call myself a South African sometimes, the manners that our people have is beyond my understanding. Not only do they not read they never even research anything.
When you ask for a quote for A to B and A to C , and then decide to use A to B as it is a cheaper option, read the exclusions. Do not expect when the service has been done to receive all the benefits for A to C but refusing to pay for this. And then expecting a refund for A to B as you did not get the A to C service.
Most people actual read the difference which is clearly stated at the bottom of all Sales emails, Ops emails and Management emails. The only place where this is not included is Account emails. All websites also have the exact same explanations on the 2 different options.
Prime example Mr John Doe was quoted as follow
Option 1 A to B
At R9,500 Excl all the stuff marked in point no 2 clearly on the email
Option 2 A to C
At R21,500 Full package service
But Mr John decides he will do the balance himself and safe R12,000 . Ok as he decided his goods is done and send to him. Once the transaction is completed, his request is for the balance and as this was not done he want to discuss a refund. So please explain as this exact balance is excl on email and all docs how do Mr John expect to get this service if he refused to pay for this and now want a refund on the services already provided.
All people need to read their docs through and through as this is the 3rd comeback we have received in the last 4 years, and surprise surprise all 3 from South Africans.
